I'm surrounded by stockings. Twenty-four to be exact. Here is the work in progress for my advent calendar. I got the idea from here and tweaked it a bit. Here's what I've got so far, it's a work in progress. I still need to finish the blanket stitch around the seams, give the stockings a top and stitch the appropriate numbers on each stocking. All things I can do while enjoying the Thanksgiving holiday with family. I hope to show you the completed advent calendar very soon.
This evening we had a mommy and kids night out to IKEA and the fabric store. Good times. Since we were in the city, we had to hit all the highlights. I'll show you all my IKEA goodies later this week.Today I am thankful for my blogging friends. Yes, that's you! Somedays I don't have any other adult interaction other than you. So, thank you. I appreciate you!
